At Engineered Nutrition, we stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right — no hassle, no headaches.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to reach out to us about a return or refund. We're here to help, so don't hesitate to contact us if something isn't right.

Our Refund Promise

We keep things simple. If you're not happy with your order, reach out and we'll issue a full refund — and in most cases, you can keep the product. No need to ship anything back.

In rare situations where there's a specific product issue we need to investigate (like a manufacturing concern), we may ask you to return the item so we can look into it. If that's the case, we'll cover all return shipping costs — you won't pay a thing.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just isn't what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll get you taken care of right away with a full refund or replacement. If you can, snap a quick photo of the issue — it helps us improve and get things sorted faster.

How to Get a Refund

Shipping Costs

We cover all shipping and refund costs. If we ever need you to send something back, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label. You won't be charged for return shipping under any circumstances.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, we'll process it back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to show up on your statement.

Restocking Fees

None. We don't charge restocking fees — ever.

Exchanges

We don't do formal exchanges, but we'll make it easy — just let us know what you'd like instead, and we'll help you get the right product.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel an order? No problem. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. If it's already on its way, just reach out and we'll work with you on a refund once it arrives.

Accepted Return Locations

We accept returns from customers within the United States. If you're ordering from outside the U.S., reach out to us and we'll figure out the best solution together.
